How do the programmes work?
 

There are two components to every programme; training and assessment.

All qualifications include at least 16 hours of training, delivered in workshop format usually over a period of 4-6 weeks. Training can be scheduled either on or off-site, depending on client/candidate requirements. During this time there is a requirement for candidates to complete a number of fully supported and relevant "work related tasks" that are then submitted for assessment. The purpose of these tasks is reinforcement of the candidates' learning and to ensure that what is being taught is being applied back in the work place.

For the ITQ and Customer Service qualifications, there is the additional option of receiving 1-1 coaching as well as access to our on-line training materials.

 
How does the assessment process work?
 

After each workshop you will be set simple tasks to complete back in the workplace which will be entirely related to your job, ensuring that you are practicing what is covered in the training and reinforcing best practice. The tasks are clear and straight forward but should you need assistance, you can expect our full support plus access to various examples and templates of work, if necessary.

Your completed work-based tasks will be placed into a portfolio provided by us and signed off by our assessment team once we can see that you have met all the required standards. We will then submit your portfolio to the relevant awarding body for External Verification and a certificate will follow to complete your qualification.
